from March to August 2021 we have no emergency service.
Please announce your arrival by telephone so that we can prepare for your emergency in our small animal practice. If you should not be able to reach us personally, you can find out about our representative via our answering machine.
The new paragraph 3a "Fees for veterinary emergency service" regulates how the emergency service is to be billed. A flat "emergency service fee" of EUR 50.00 (net) must be charged for a visit to the vet during emergency service times. In addition, at least twice the GOT rate must be charged for veterinary services in the emergency service.
