Tierärzte Team Sindelfingen
What led me to a career in veterinary medicine, wasn’t solely for the animals. I was equally drawn toward the undeniable human-animal bond and how that can change our lives in such a profound and positive manner.
I am an American citizen who has completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, USA in Animal Sciences. Following that I completed two years at University College Dublin’s College of Veterinary Medicine (Dublin, Ireland) before transferring to University of Glasgow (Glasgow, Scotland) to complete my veterinary degree.
From there, I have spent nearly 10 years working as a small animal practitioner with the US Army on Panzer Kaserne in Böblingen, Germany where I highly enjoyed providing veterinary care to American service members and their families.
Most of my time is spent with my husband, whom is a veterinary surgical specialist, and my three young boys. Pets included a hilarious French Bulldog named Jilly and two kitties: Wayne and Wren.
I am very excited to get to meet you and have the privilege of caring for your animal family members.

Animals have been my great passion for as long as I can remember. That's why I always knew that I wanted to work with animals. I had the opportunity to do my whole training under the supervision from Dr. Essig and with him I gained unique practical experience.
With my 4 dogs, I spend most of my free time outdoors and like to go hiking to explore new places.
Now I'm really looking forward to working in the practice, where I learnt so much.
